Parking Information
- The Park West One medical building is located in an office park.
- The office is located in the first set of buildings on the left as soon as you enter the office park. (After you enter the parking lot, you will pass Park West Two and circle back to Park West One.)
- There is a Dunkin Donuts directly across the street outside the office park.
- Free parking is available in the attached lot.
Building Directions
- Inside the Park West One medical building, take the elevator to the second floor.
- The clinic is located in Suite 210.
- As you exit the elevator turn left and you will see the main office door for suite 210. DO NOT use the main door to suite.
- A posted sign will direct you to use the left side door of the office where a doorbell will be seen.
- Ring the doorbell and an All of Us staff person will admit you to our allocated rooms.
